4chan /gtag/ cover art

The plan was to add the animated cover and loading screen thingies I've done, but Neocities doesn't allow .webm uploads. So for now I guess I'll just link the cartoon drawings that another anon created. They look amazing! Big shout out to DrawAnon! I am open to suggestions on what else to add here.
